Warranty Period:

Beauty Doss offers Lifetime warranty from the date of purchase against factory defects in materials and workmanship.

You can return the product at any time, provided that the product does not work, with a short video showing that the product really does not work, and you can replace it 3 times for life, provided that the product does not work.

Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers only factory defects and does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or alterations.

Proof of Purchase:

To be eligible for warranty service, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase from Beauty Doss

Warranty Service:

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Beauty Doss will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product without charge. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or any modification to the product as originally shipped by Beauty Doss.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective product to Beauty Doss for warranty service.

Beauty Doss will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced item to the customer.
